Qur’an & Arabic Centric Curriculum

All students, starting in Preschool receive a systematic Qur’anic education that begins with learning the correct pronounciation and recitation patterns with Al-Qaidah An-Nourania.  Students progress with recitation, memorization, and understanding of the Qur’an.  With two class periods per day of focused study beginning in second grade, students may be able to memorize up to three Ajza per year, depending on the child’s interest and ability.

Arabic Language

Arabic language instruction at Guidance Academy is focused on developing Arabic speakers from nonnative students. In addition to the traditional reading and writing instruction, students learn the language by applying it daily in conversation, writing, role-play, and projects.
